利用Thermo-Calc热力学软件,对ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN耐热钢在400~1600℃间存在的平衡相进行计算,并通过电化学萃取的方法制取钢中的碳化物粉末,进行XRD分析和形貌观察。结果表明:ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN耐热钢在400~1600℃间的主要平衡析出相为MX、M23C6和Laves相,它们所对应的开始析出温度为1190、880和780℃。MX型碳氮化物为富铌的NbC和NbN,M23C6型碳化物为富铬的Cr23C6。钢中所析出的碳化物尺寸在50~100nm之间,形状主要为不规则球形和棒状,弥散的分布在钢的基体中。
The balance phase of ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN heat-resisting steel exists between 400 ~ 1600 ℃ is calculated by Thermo-Calc thermodynamic software. The carbide powder in the steel is obtained by electrochemical extraction, and the XRD and morphology are observed. The results show that the main equilibrium precipitates of ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN heat-resistant steels are MX, M23C6 and Laves phases at temperatures between 400 and 1600 ℃, corresponding to the onset temperatures of 1190, 780 and 780 ℃. The MX type carbonitrides are Nb-rich NbC and NbN and the M23C6 type carbide is Cr-rich Cr23C6. The size of carbide precipitated in the steel is between 50 ~ 100nm, the shape is mainly irregular spherical and rod-shaped, dispersed in the steel matrix.
