本钢新建设的175万吨大扳坯连铸生产线自去年11月建成投入试运行以来,功能考核指标绝大多数达到或超过国内先进水平,吨钢成本可降低150至200元,从6月1日开始正式投入生产。根据国家有关委、局和辽宁省领导指示,原定2001年动工的本钢二期板坯连铸工程提前二年,于6月2日正式破土动工。6月4日,国内设备订货合同正式签订,据计划,明年10月建成试产。本钢这两条大板坯生产线全部建成达产后,可年产优质板坯350万吨。
