看了贵刊今年第一期摘录的“杂志本身没有等级”后,深感新闻出版署和国家科委等部门没有把杂志划分为一级杂志、二级杂志这一做法的英明,又痛感社会上某些人或胡里胡涂或有意蒙蔽别人,简单地、错误地认定中央刊物质量必高。例如,贵刊的刊名因为挂了“通讯”两个字,本人所在地的职称评定小组个别评委,硬在这两个字上做文章,要把我发表在贵刊上的文章降低评分。举个最简明的道理,如果一位一级教授在地方级杂志上登了篇文章,就此说他文章的质量低于中央级刊物上的文章,这位教授肯定会愤慨的。又例如,
