本文以既有工业遗存如何进行改造再利用满足新的时代需求和审美标准为出发点,以设计中面临的种种限制为推动力,通过凤凰创意园茶餐厅改造工程的实践,深入挖掘场地的潜质,营造场所的氛围,探索旧空间的重构和记忆的重组,从建筑体验、空间质感、场地文脉等方面入手,赋予建筑全新的生命力,在新与旧之间寻求建筑独特的平衡。
In this paper, the existing industrial remains how to reform and reuse to meet the needs of the new era and aesthetic standards as a starting point, the constraints faced by the design as a driving force through the Phoenix Creative Park restaurant renovation project practice, dig deep potential of the site, The atmosphere of the place is explored, and the reconstruction of the old space and the reorganization of the memory are explored. From the experience of the building, the texture of the space and the context of the site, new vitality is given to the building, and the unique balance of architecture is sought between the old and the new.
