由中建三局一公司承建的深圳地王大厦主楼钢结构安装的施工技术,于1995年8月20日经专家鉴定,一致认为大厦主楼钢结构安装,是我国近十年来起步的超高层钢结构工程的代表作,表明我国超高层钢结构施工技术又取得了巨大进步,达到了国际先进水平。 该大厦主楼地下3层、地上81层,总高度383.95m,其高度当前居亚洲第一。钢结构构件共有14680件,总重24500t,其中最重的构件为47t,使用的最厚钢板为90mm,全部焊缝长达60万m。根据合同要求和超高层钢结构建筑的施工特点,吊装及焊接质量标准分别采用美国AISC及AWSD1-1规范。
The construction technology for the steel structure installation of the main building of the Shenzhen Diwang Building under construction by the China Construction Third Bureau and a company was certified by experts on August 20, 1995. It was unanimously believed that the steel structure of the main building was installed and it was the ultra-high-rise steel that China started in the past decade. The masterpiece of structural engineering shows that China’s super-tall steel structure construction technology has made great progress and reached the international advanced level. The main building of the building is 3 floors underground and 81 floors above ground with a total height of 383.95m. Its height is currently ranked first in Asia. There are a total of 14,680 steel structural components with a total weight of 24,500 tons, of which the heaviest component is 47 tons, the thickest steel plate used is 90 mm, and all welds are as long as 600,000 m. According to the requirements of the contract and the construction characteristics of the super-tall steel structure building, the hoisting and welding quality standards adopt the specifications of the United States AISC and AWSD1-1, respectively.
