对横切割头式AM50型掘进机切割人工煤壁和井下真实煤壁时的整机振动情况进行了系统地测试和分析,弄清了整机工作时的振动分布情况和频率特征,并通过井上、井下测试信号的对比,得出井上切割人工煤壁的动态测试能够代替井下切割真实煤壁的动态测试的结论.进而采用试验模态分析的方法对AM50掘进机进行了振动特性研究,并在此基础上借助于计算机的力响应仿真,进行了实测工作载荷下的振动响应仿真.
This paper systematically tests and analyzes the whole machine vibration when the cutting head type AM50 roadheader cuts the artificial coal wall and the real underground coal wall, and ascertains the vibration distribution and the frequency characteristics when the whole machine works. , The comparison of downhole test signals, and concluded that the dynamic test of cutting the artificial coal wall in the shaft can replace the conclusion of the dynamic test of cutting down the real coal wall in the underground. Then, the vibration characteristics of AM50 boring machine are studied by the method of experimental modal analysis. Based on this, the simulation of the vibration response under the working load is carried out by means of the computer’s force response simulation.
