目的探讨糖尿病对肛周脓肿患者手术后并发症的影响以及糖尿病患者的围术期治疗。方法对40例接受肛周脓肿手术的糖尿病患者,观察其围术期并发症,并于围术期严密监控血糖,术前及术后采用有效的抗生素预防感染,并进行必要的营养支持。结果 40例女性患者均达到预期的手术目的,肛门功能恢复良好;术后仅6例切口出现红肿、创面愈合迟缓,经采取有效措施处理后治愈。结论糖尿病的合并肛周脓肿围术期患者术前只要积极控制血糖及感染、注意补充营养、严格局部换药、及时纠正全身各系统的功能紊乱,就能避免手术中的危险性并减少术后并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate the effect of diabetes on the postoperative complications of patients with perianal abscess and the perioperative treatment of diabetic patients. Methods Forty patients with perianal abscess who underwent perianal abscess surgery were enrolled in this study. The perioperative complications were observed. Blood glucose was monitored during perioperative period. Effective antibiotics were used preoperatively and postoperatively to prevent infection and provide the necessary nutritional support. Results All the 40 female patients achieved the expected surgical goal, and the anus function recovered well. Only 6 incisions were red and swollen and the wound healing was slowed down after operation. After effective measures were taken, they were cured. Conclusion Perioperative patients with perianal abscess of diabetes mellitus as long as positive control of blood glucose and infection, pay attention to nutritional supplements, strict local dressing, timely correction of systemic dysfunction, can avoid the dangers of surgery and reduce the postoperative Complications occur.
