我院于75年2月至6月应用激光施行了8例上颌窦根治术,其中慢性上颌窦炎6例,上颌窦囊肿2例。 8例激光手术病人,男性3例,女性5例。年龄最小16岁,最大51岁。手术均在局部麻醉下进行。其中一例系第二次手术。全部操作过程从唇龈沟切口起至犬齿窝和下鼻道造骨孔均用激光刀施行。术后反应轻度肿胀6例,中度肿胀2例。8例病人切口均Ⅰ期愈合。通过8例激光上颌窦根治术,我们有以下几点初步体会: 一、出血问题:用激光刀手术可减少出血,因激光刀在切割组织时,由于激光的物理作用可使切口表面的血管产生凝固及小血栓形成而封闭血流,使手术创面达到不出血或少出血的目的,使手术野保持清晰,便利
