复式教学是通过教师直接教学和学生自动作业两种活动的有机结合起来完成一定教学任务的。复式教学教师授课的科目多,头绪多,课堂教学组织复杂,教学任务繁重,而且多年级同时在同一教室内进行不同的教学活动。根据复式教学的这些特点,我们一是抓好复式教学常规管理,让所有的复式班都能按照复式教学的规律和常觑要求,正常而有效地进行教学工作,二是抓好复式教学课堂结构改革,提高课堂教学效率,完成教学任务。我们经过三年多来的探索,已初步摸出了一些路子,取得了一些成效。
Duplicate teaching is accomplished through direct integration of teachers’ direct teaching and students’ homework activities. Duplicate teaching teachers teach many subjects, have many clues, are complex in classroom teaching, have heavy teaching tasks, and conduct different teaching activities in the same classroom for many years. According to these characteristics of dual-teaching, we first do a good job of double-teaching routine management, so that all doubling classes can follow the rules and regular requirements of dual-teaching, normal and effective teaching work, and second, do a good job dual-teaching classroom structure Reform, improve classroom teaching efficiency, complete teaching tasks. After more than three years of exploration, we have initially figured out some ways and achieved some results.
