目的:探讨肱骨外侧克氏针交叉加压固定在儿童肱骨髁上骨折中的应用。方法:根据病情分别采取手法闭合复位肱骨外侧经皮克氏针交叉加压固定和小切口肱骨外侧克氏针交叉加压固定两种方法。结果:治疗20例,12～18周(平均16.5周)后随访,骨折全部愈合。参照Flyun功能评定标准结合屈伸功能评价,优17例,良2例,一般1例,差0例,优良率95%。结论:该方法在原交叉克氏针内固定的基础上加以改良,集手法闭合复位外固定与切开复位内固定的优点,降低了术后肘内翻的发生率,最大限度的避免尺神经损伤。
Objective: To investigate the application of lateral humeral cross-fixation of Kirschner wire in the supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. Methods: According to the condition, we adopted the method of closed reduction and fixation of percutaneous Kirschner wire cross fixation and small incision of Kirschner wire cross fixation of the lateral humerus. Results: Twenty patients were treated and followed up from 12 to 18 weeks (average 16.5 weeks). All the fractures healed. With reference to the evaluation criteria of Flyun function combined with flexion and extension function evaluation, excellent in 17 cases, good in 2 cases, fair in 1 case and poor in 0 cases, excellent and good rate was 95%. Conclusion: The method is improved on the basis of the original cross Kirschner wire fixation. It combines the advantages of closed reduction and external fixation with open reduction and internal fixation, reduces the incidence of cubitus varus and minimizes ulnar nerve injury .
