草菇栽培条件的研究

用稻草栽培草菇,菇味美而产量低,平均每百公斤产鲜菇8—14公斤。为了探讨提高用稻草栽培草菇单产的方法,设计了堆法、层次、草量与面积、不同辅料和不同碳氮比以及稻草PH 值的试验。结果在堆法和层次、草量与面积,碳氮比54:1与22:1之间有显著性差异,其余差异不明显。草菇属担子菌纲、伞菌目、鹅音菌科,学名 Volvariella volvacea(Bull.ex Fr)Sing 是我国南方传统的食用菌,味鲜美,很受人们欢迎。按照过去的栽培方法,产量低,收入少,从1958年至今在广西没有大面积栽培。近年国内采用棉子壳和废棉栽培,单产有所增加,但风味比不上稻草栽培的。广西稻草资源丰富,用稻草栽培草菇能否提高产量,是广西恢复发展草菇生产的关键。因此,对稻草栽培草菇做了一些条件试验,以探讨提高草菇产量的措施。 Mushroom cultivation with straw, mushrooms, delicious and low yield, with an average of 8-14 kg per 100 kg of fresh mushrooms. Therefore, straw mushroom cultivation done some conditions to explore ways to improve mushroom yield.
