蓖麻不同部位蓖麻碱的含量及其杀虫活性

采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)外标法测定并比较了蓖麻Ricinus communis不同部位和不同生长期蓖麻叶中蓖麻碱的含量,并研究了其对甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua的毒杀效果。结果表明,蓖麻不同部位中蓖麻碱的含量差异较大,由高到低依次为叶(1.005%)>籽壳(0.568%)>饼粕(0.451%)>茎(0.429%)>籽仁(0.235%);不同生长期蓖麻叶中蓖麻碱的含量也存在很大差别,其中鲜绿叶中的含量最高。提取的蓖麻碱对甜菜夜蛾具有良好的毒杀效果,施药72 h后对2龄幼虫的LC50值为0.35 mg/mL。 The content of ricinine in Ricinus communis different parts and castor leaves at different growth stages was determined and compared by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) external standard method. The toxicity of ricinine to Spodoptera exigua was studied. The results showed that the content of ricinine in different parts of Ricinus communis varied greatly from high to low in the order of leaf (1.005%) seed hull (0.568%) cake (0.451%) stem (0.429%) seed Kernel (0.235%). The contents of ricinine in castor leaves also differed greatly in different growth periods, among which the content in fresh green leaves was the highest. The extracted ricinine had a good killing effect on beet armyworm, and the LC50 value of second instar larvae was 0.35 mg / mL after 72 h.
