目的 研究济宁地区湖区碘营养状况。方法 运用温和酸砷铈催化分光光度法对南四湖地区学龄前儿童进行了尿碘测定。结果 湖区两岸学龄前儿童尿碘水平均高于正常值 ,尿碘值小于 10 0 μg/L者仅占被调查总数的 14.1% ,但东西两岸尿碘平均值有较大差异。结论 湖区沿岸农村补碘工作有显著的成效 ,但在今后的防治工作中应根据具体检测结果开展补碘工作 ,以防碘水平不均衡。
Objective To study the status of iodine nutrition in Lake District of Jining. Methods Urine iodine was determined in preschool children in Nansihu Lake using mild acid-arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Results The urinary iodine levels of preschool children in both sides of the lake were higher than normal. The urinary iodine value of less than 100 μg / L accounted for only 14.1% of the total investigated population. However, the average urinary iodine between the two sides of the strait was significantly different. Conclusion The iodine supplement in rural areas along the coast of the lake has achieved remarkable results. However, in the future prevention and treatment work, iodine supplement should be carried out according to the specific test results so as to prevent the imbalance of iodine levels.
