扭振是深孔钻削中常见的问题。本文根据机械振动理论,对深孔钴削的扭振进行了初步研究,认为深孔钴杆的扭振运动方程可以用一维波动方程(з~2θ)/(зx~2)=1/a~2 (з~2θ)/(зt~2)描述及求解。对钴杆扭振固有频率,主振型及主振动作了理论计算。考察及测试了激励扭振的扭矩变化的因素。分析了扭振对深孔钴削效果的影响,所得结论对实际有指导意义。
Torsional vibration is a common problem in deep hole drilling. According to the theory of mechanical vibration, the torsional vibration of deep-hole cobalt cutting is preliminarily studied. The torsional vibration equation of deep-hole cobalt rod can be described by one-dimensional wave equation (з ~ 2θ) / (xx 2) = 1 / a ~ 2 (з ~ 2θ) / (зt ~ 2) Description and solution. The torsional vibration of cobalt rod natural frequency, the main vibration mode and the main vibration made a theoretical calculation. Investigated and tested the torsional vibration excitation torque changes. The effect of torsional vibration on deep-hole cobalt-cutting is analyzed, and the conclusion is practical.
