目的:对重症监护室护理的工作压力进行全面细致分析,探究有效的干预措施。方法:分析护士在工作过程中所存在的主要压力,并提出有效的干预措施。结果:重症监护室护士在工作过程中所存在的压力主要包括工作时间较长、任务较为繁重、人际关系处理困难、工作环境、放射和化学损伤、心理素质、噪音等。通过对这些导致工作压力的原因进行全面细致分析,提出有效的干预措施。结论:通过建立和谐的人际关系、改变护士的工作时间和环境、增强交流和沟通等,可以有效降低重症监护室护士的工作压力,提高护士的工作效率。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the work pressure in intensive care unit care and explore effective interventions. Methods: Analyze the main pressure of nurses in the work process, and put forward effective interventions. Results: The pressures of intensive care nurses in their work mainly include longer working hours, heavier tasks, difficulties in handling interpersonal relationships, working environment, radiation and chemical injuries, psychological quality and noise. Through a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the causes of these work pressures, we propose effective interventions. Conclusion: The establishment of a harmonious interpersonal relationship, changing nurses’ working time and environment, enhancing communication and communication, can effectively reduce the work pressure of nurses in intensive care unit and improve the work efficiency of nurses.
