维生素C广泛存在于蔬菜和水果中。乌鲁木齐市地处祖国大西北，寒冷季节长。1月份正值隆冬季节，新鲜蔬菜水果的品种少而单调。为了解大学生体内维生素C营养水平，于1993年1月底对位于乌鲁木齐市的新疆医学院136名大学生维生素C的营养水平进行调查和测定。结果显示被调查的大学生维生素C供给量尚好，但多数学生体内维生素C处于不足状态。
Vitamin C is widely found in vegetables and fruits. Urumqi is located in the northwest of the motherland and has a long cold season. In January, during the winter season, fresh and fruity varieties were few and monotonous. In order to understand the nutritional status of vitamin C in college students, the nutritional levels of vitamin C in 136 college students from Xinjiang Medical College in Urumqi were investigated and measured at the end of January 1993. The results show that the vitamin C supply of the college students surveyed is still good, but most students have insufficient vitamin C.
