在幼儿园的教育活动中,玩具具有不可忽视的作用。而玩具具体、形象的特点恰好符合幼儿的思维特点。同时,在玩玩具中,幼儿的主动性、创造性得到充分发挥;好奇心得到了极大的满足;认识能力、思维能力和想象能力也得到很大的发展。 然而,我们发现在有的幼儿园里,玩具不是被教师牢牢地锁在玩具柜里,就是高高地放在教师规定的“禁区”里,成了幼儿只能看不能动的装饰品了。教师之所以这样做,我想不外乎这么几个原因:教师怕分发玩具麻烦;怕玩具损坏、丢失;怕幼儿争夺玩具。那么如何解决这些问题?我是这样做的: 一、发挥幼儿的主动性,培养幼儿独立收发玩具的能力
