小学生语文教育在小学教育中占有重要的地位,语文的学习无疑是在为日后其它科目的学习奠定良好的基础,而现如今提倡教学的有理化、个性化是实现人文化教育的重要体现,也同样是语文新课程标准所追求的目标,因此,在教学中,教师应注意学生之间所存在的差异,并且深入研究差异性教学的策略,教师不仅要注意学生的整体性教育,让每一个学生在学习上得到一定的进步,还应尊重他们的个体发展,关注其个性发展,让他们能够有机会发展自己的兴趣爱好,因材施教,最大限度的满足每一个层次的学生的学习需求。小学语文教师必须认识到“差异教学模式”是带动学生发展的重要手段,让学生认识到差异教学的重要性也是实现高效课堂的重要步骤。所以如何尊重学生的个性发展,鼓励他们自主学习,并实施语文差异教学,是当下小学语文老师最应该关注的问题。
