在分析上海铁路局施工管理和存在问题的基础上,提出上海铁路局实施普速铁路天窗综合利用、规范邻近营业线施工监督计划、实现登销记作业的标准化和做好铁路局年度大中修任务安排等施工管理的解决思路和方法。经过上海铁路局施工综合管理的创新实践,取得了一定的成效,即统筹开发施工安全综合管理平台、明显提升天窗综合利用水平、合理控制邻近营业线施工、加强规范登销记作业流程,实现施工管理与运输生产协调发展。
Based on the analysis of the construction management and existing problems in Shanghai Railway Administration, this paper proposes that Shanghai Railway Bureau should implement the comprehensive utilization of general skylights and standardize the construction supervision plan of adjacent business lines so as to standardize the registration and sales and record keeping, Task scheduling and other construction management solutions and methods. Through the innovative practice of comprehensive management of construction in Shanghai Railway Bureau, some achievements have been obtained, such as overall development of an integrated management platform for construction safety, a marked improvement in the comprehensive utilization of skylights, rational control of construction of adjacent business lines, enhancement of standardization of sales and registration processes, and construction Management and transport production and coordinated development.
