目的为了确保大型活动和重要会议(以下简称重大活动)的顺利进行,做好食品安全的保障工作,防止食物中毒等突发公共卫生事件的发生。方法分类统计和分析、现场调查。结果提高了重大活动集体用餐的安全性。结论卫生行政部门或食品药品监督管理部门和接待单位各司其职,按照有关法律法规落实各项食品安全工作,是降低突发公共卫生事件发生风险,确保重大活动食品安全的关键。
