选用先玉335(XY335)、郑单958(ZD958)和登海661(DH661)为试验材料,研究不同品种间玉米子粒乳线比例与子粒含水量、粒重及营养物质积累的关系。结果表明,XY335的乳线下移要快于ZD958和DH661,且其千粒重最大、含水量最低;品种之间可溶性糖和蔗糖含量差异不明显,DH661的淀粉含量显著低于XY335和ZD958;乳线比例与淀粉含量及千粒重呈极显著正相关,与子粒含水量、可溶性糖、蔗糖及蛋白质之间呈显著负相关。
The relationship between the proportion of maize bolls and the moisture content, grain weight and nutrient accumulation in different varieties was studied by using XY335, ZD958 and DH661. The results showed that XY335’s milk line moved down faster than ZD958 and DH661, and had the highest grain weight and the lowest water content. The content of soluble sugar and sucrose was not significantly different among varieties, and the starch content of DH661 was significantly lower than that of XY335 and ZD958. The proportion was significantly and positively correlated with starch content and 1000-grain weight, and negatively correlated with water content, soluble sugar, sucrose and protein.
