目的:研究叶瓜参化学成分。方法:对叶瓜参的65%乙醇提取物中小极性部分进行行分离纯化,得到脑苷脂分子种3,对脑苷脂分子种3应用高效液相色谱进一步分离纯化,得到3个脑苷脂单体,CF-3-1(1)、CF-3-2(2)和CF-3-3(3)。结果:根据化合物的波谱数据和化学方法鉴定了其结构。结论:三个化合物为首次从叶瓜参中分离得到,首次得到化合物2和3的单体化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of gourd leaf. Methods: The small polar fractions of 65% ethanol extract of Cucumber ginseng were isolated and purified to obtain cerebroside molecular species 3, which were further purified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to obtain 3 cerebrosides Lipid monomers, CF-3-1 (1), CF-3-2 (2) and CF-3-3 (3). Results: The structure of the compound was identified by spectral data and chemical methods. Conclusion: The three compounds were isolated from the leaves of gourd for the first time, for the first time compounds 2 and 3 were obtained.
