目的 了解蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后血小板膜糖蛋白 - 140 (GMP- 140 )和血栓烷 B2 (TXB2 )的变化规律。方法 经颅骨钻孔 -注入自家血方法建立大鼠 SAH的动物模型 ,应用放射免疫法对 SHA后不同时间内大鼠血 GMP- 140、TXB2 水平进行测定。结果 GMP- 140在实验后 36小时~ 7天间有上升 ,以 3天最为显著 ,TXB2 在实验后 12~ 36小时呈节段性升高。结论 GMP- 140增高是 SAH发生后脑缺血和神经组织受损后共同激活血小板的结果 ,GMP- 140的增高与迟发性血管痉挛及 SAH后的继发性血管损害有直接关系
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet glycoprotein-140 (GMP-140) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods The rat model of SAH was established by drilling-injecting blood from the skull. The levels of GMP-140 and TXB2 in rat blood at different time after SHA were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results GMP-140 increased from 36 hours to 7 days after the experiment, most notably for 3 days. The level of TXB2 increased gradually from 12 to 36 hours after the experiment. Conclusions Increased GMP-140 is the result of co-activation of platelets after cerebral ischemia and nerve tissue damage after SAH. The increase of GMP-140 is directly related to delayed vasospasm and secondary vascular lesion after SAH
