目的调查河源市忠信地区收治住院的呼吸道感染患儿肺炎支原体(MP)感染的流行病学特征。方法选择2012年1月-2015年12月收治的呼吸道感染患儿1 897例,检测患儿血清MP-Ig M特异性抗体,分析其发病率、年龄、性别、季节、年份、城乡差异等。结果 2012年患儿MP感染率最高,达25.33%,高于其他年份,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MP感染性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3~6岁患儿MP感染率最高,达27.72%,6~14岁患儿感染率最低,为13.17%,6~14岁MP感染率与其他3个年龄段感染率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);秋季(9~11月)患儿感染率最高,达31.03%,明显高于其他季节,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);MP感染率城乡差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MP为忠信地区儿童呼吸道感染的重要病原体,以3~6岁的学龄前儿童为主,秋季为多见,男女性别及城乡区域无明显差异,掌握该地区MP感染的流行病学特征,有利于提高对该地区MP感染的防治水平。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection in hospitalized patients with respiratory tract infection in Zhongxin district of Heyuan city. Methods A total of 1 897 children with respiratory tract infection were selected from January 2012 to December 2015. Serum MP-Ig M-specific antibodies were detected and their incidence, age, sex, season, year and urban-rural differences were analyzed. Results The prevalence of MP infection in children was the highest (25.33%) in 2012, which was higher than other years, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the sexes of MP infection (P> 0.05) The infection rate of MP in children was the highest (27.72%). The infection rate was the lowest in children aged 6-14 years (13.17%). The infection rate of MP between 6 ~ 14 years old was significantly different from that of other three age groups (P < 0.05). The infection rate in autumn (September to November) was the highest (31.03%), which was significantly higher than other seasons (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the prevalence of MP infection between urban and rural areas (P> 0.05). Conclusion MP is an important pathogen of respiratory tract infection in children in Zhongxin district. The prevalence of MP is mainly in preschool children aged 3 ~ 6 years. Autumn is more common. There is no significant difference between male and female in sex and in urban and rural areas. To master the epidemiological characteristics of MP infection in this area, Help to improve the prevention and treatment of MP infection in the region.
