目前,Cr(Ⅵ)的多元络合物在阳离子表面活性剂作用下,与络天青S的显色反应为分析测定铬的主要研究内容。本文在此基础上、研究了Cr(Ⅵ)-CAS-CPB高灵敏显色体系,并用于环境样品中痕量铬的分析测定。试验表明,在体系酸度pH4.8~5.4时,生成组成为Cr(Ⅵ)∶CAS∶CPB=1∶2∶2的桔红色络合物,λ_(max)=620nm,ε_(620nm)=1.08×10~5,Cr(Ⅵ)含量在0~1.6μg/25ml范围符合比耳定律。直线的回归方程y=0.002+0.2437x,相关系数r=0.9999。此方法用于环境水样中痕量铬的测定,得到满意的结果。
At present, the chromogenic reaction of multicomponent Cr (Ⅵ) complex with colloidal green S under the action of cationic surfactants is the main research content of chromium analysis. Based on this, the Cr (VI) -CAS-CPB highly sensitive colorimetric system was studied and applied to the determination of trace chromium in environmental samples. The results showed that when the acidity of the system was between pH4.8 ~ 5.4, the orange complex with the composition of Cr (Ⅵ): CAS: CPB = 1: 2: 2 was obtained. Λ max = 620 nm and ε 620 nm = 1.08 × 10 ~ 5, the Cr (Ⅵ) content in the range of 0 ~ 1.6μg / 25ml Beer’s law. The linear regression equation y = 0.002 + 0.2437x, the correlation coefficient r = 0.9999. This method is used for the determination of trace chromium in environmental water samples and gives satisfactory results.
