回顾了我院65例小儿骶尾部巨大畸胎瘤的临床资料,其中良性畸胎瘤的远期效果良好。无后遗症。结合盆底正常及病理解剖特点,介绍了手术操作经验,并重点探讨了盆底重建问题。
The clinical data of 65 patients with giant teratoma of the sacrococcygeal gyrus in our hospital were reviewed. Long-term results of benign teratoma were good. No sequelae. Combined with the normal and pathological anatomy of the pelvic floor, the surgical operation experience was introduced, and the pelvic floor reconstruction was focused on.
