目的研究土壤及灰尘中军团菌分离培养的方法和条件。方法应用土壤加标实验,探讨样品预处理的控制条件。结果选择Tween80-PBS作为洗脱液;军团菌土壤加标实验显示最低检出限为102 cfu/g;当加标菌量为103 cfu/g时,回收率为30%~90%,平均回收率为51%。结论该方法基本满足土壤及灰尘中军团菌分离培养要求。
Objective To study the methods and conditions for the isolation and culture of Legionella in soil and dust. Methods Soil spiked experiment was applied to investigate the control conditions of sample pretreatment. Results Tween80-PBS was selected as the eluent. The detection limit was 102 cfu / g for Legionella soil and 30% -90% for the spiked bacteria at 103 cfu / g, The rate is 51%. Conclusion This method basically meets the requirements of isolation and culture of Legionella in soil and dust.
