本文着重研究了我国中小企业融资的现状并针对融资过程中存在的问题,分析原因,探索解决对策,就如何改善中小企业融资现状、拓宽其融资渠道提出一些建议,同时进一步提出了针对发展趋势我们所应该采取的相应的战略措施。详细分析了中小企业融资难的背景;分析了中小企业融资难的原因,从而提出所应该采取的相应措施,最后指出我们应该如何解决这一难题。
