伴随着一系列宏观调控的深入,目前上海楼市各环线商品住宅房成交量均在下降(根据搜房网10月17日统计数据),其中内环内降幅最大,达31.9%。而在成交价格方面,除内中环、郊环外,其他环线成交均价均出现下降,其中内环内降幅最大,达19.5%。这一现象导致众多购房者开始持定观望态度,投资者却急于抛出手中物业或者转售为租,租金市场自然也出现下降态势。那么,上海楼市今后是否进入回落期呢?
