第二届全国低温生物学大会于1992年9月14-18日在青岛召开。来自全国20个省、市、自治区的生物学、医学、农牧业、低温物理、低温工程、军事医学等多学科的专家、学者129人出席了会议。大会精选出142篇汇编成论文集。会议交流的论文涉及面广、内容新颖。1.在低温生物学基础研究方面,低温传热学和反玻璃化机理,以及寒区冷适应研究取得较快进展。有的已达到分子生物学水平。2.在医用生物材料低温保存方面,冻存的造血干细胞、角膜、皮肤、瓣膜、骨骼等在临床应用取得可喜的成果。业已建成了各种类型的细胞、组
The Second National Low Temperature Biology Conference was held in Qingdao from September 14-18, 1992. About 129 experts and scholars from various disciplines such as biology, medicine, agriculture and animal husbandry, low-temperature physics, cryogenic engineering, and military medicine from 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country attended the conference. The conference selected 142 articles compiled into essays. The papers at the conference included a wide range of topics and novel contents. 1. In the basic research of low-temperature biology, the mechanism of cryogenic heat transfer and devitrification, and the study of cold adaptation in cold regions have made rapid progress. Some have reached the level of molecular biology. 2. In the aspect of cryopreservation of medical biomaterials, frozen hematopoietic stem cells, cornea, skin, valves, and bones have achieved encouraging results in clinical applications.
