提出了以甲基百里酚兰(MTC)和动物胶三元络合物形式测定锆的光度法。形成络合物的最佳条件是:P~H2,C_(MTC)=12×10~(-5)克分子/升,0.5毫升1%动物胶(C_(zr)=4×10~(-5)克离子/升时)。反应具有很高的对比度(△λ=200毫微米)。在λ最大=640毫微米处络合物的克分子消光系数为3.4×10~4。用等克分子系列法确定的锆与MTC的组成比等于1:3。在动物胶存在下锆与MTC的反应对锆化学以及有色化合物化学都具有许多重要特性。早先[1]我们已经指出,往锆——二甲酚橙体系中加入动物胶能够改善二元络合物的分光光度特性。提出了一种关于形成含有三种成份的复杂化合物机理的看法。本报导列举了研究在动物胶存在下锆与三苯甲烷染料的另一代表——甲基百里酚兰成络时所得到的数据。从证明络合物的形成机理以及将其用于分析目的的观点来看,该反应很有意
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of zirconium in the form of a ternary complex of methyl thymol blue (MTC) and animal glue was proposed. The optimal conditions for the formation of the complex are as follows: P ~ H2, C_ (MTC) = 12 × 10 -5 mol / L, 0.5 ml 1% 5) grams ion / liter). The reaction has a high contrast (Δλ = 200 nm).
