减少电影拷贝的破损,是延长其使用寿命的重要措施。由物理机械性能回然不同的涂层所组成的拷贝,它的破损现象,如同任何固体破损一样,经由裂缝的出现和发展的过程,但也具有其自己的特点。在拷贝的制造过程中,不能完全避免在片子表面(特别是在片子边缘和片孔的内边上)出现微缝和裂痕。在使用时则进一步变成裂缝,而在明胶感光层的脆性增长和快速负荷的条件下,拷贝即很快破损。
Reduce the movie copy damage, is an important measure to extend its service life. A copy of a different coating made of physical and mechanical properties that breaks its way, like any solid breakage, occurs via the appearance and development of cracks but also has its own characteristics. In use, it further becomes a crack, and in the gelatin sensitive layer brittle growth and rapid load conditions, the copy that is quickly damaged.
