针对AM50 掘进机电控箱的振动，研制了非线性钢丝绳隔振器，对其特性进行了分析和试验研究，设计了利用该隔振器进行电控箱振动控制的方案，工业试验结果表明隔振效果良好。
Aiming at the vibration of the electrical control box of AM50 tunneling machine, a nonlinear wire rope vibration isolator was developed and its characteristics were analyzed and tested. The vibration control scheme of the electrical box was designed with the vibration isolator. Vibration effect is good.
