前言一九五八年包钢采用硅热法从高炉渣中回收稀土制取稀土硅铁中间合金以来,至今已有二十余年发展史。在这期间,稀土公司一厂迠成并投入生产,工艺流程日臻完善,合金产量日益增加,为我国稀土中间合金的生产和应用打下了基础。六十年代起,包头冶金研究所等单位开始了冶炼技术与合金品种等方面的研究,首先试验成功了中贫矿高炉脱铁(67年包头东风钢铁厂采用此法生产夹渣)和用脱铁后获得的稀土实渣(RxOy≥10%)冶炼合金的工艺流程,使各项指标都得到了大幅度的改善,极大地推动了中间合金的生产和应用,同
Preface In 1958, Baosteel has been developing the rare earth ferrosilicon master alloy by rare earths recovery from blast furnace slag by silicon thermal method for more than 20 years.
