在认真学习和传达回良玉副总理在国家减灾委新一届全体委员会议上的讲话精神以及江西省委、省政府领导对综合减灾工作的重要指示精神的基础上,提出了今后我省综合减灾工作的3点意见,认为我们应齐心协力,突出减灾工作的综合化和科学化,并重点关注可持续发展,以全面推进我省综合防灾减灾事业的发展。
