本文通过对电化学腐蚀的机理的研究以及奥氏体不锈钢腐蚀破坏的金相分析,证明了奥氏体不锈钢与NaOH介质的不相容性。为压力容器制造企业的选材和制造过程提供了较为完整的预防措施,从而保证压力容器的安全使用。
In this paper, the electrochemical corrosion mechanism and austenitic stainless steel corrosion damage analysis of the metallurgical, proved austenitic stainless steel and NaOH media incompatibility. For the pressure vessel manufacturing enterprise selection and manufacturing process provides a more complete preventive measures to ensure the safe use of pressure vessels.
