In the electronics industry, quality is one of the key links for ensuring development and participating in competition. Integrated circuits (ICs) are the core of the electronics industry. In order to strengthen the communication and understanding of IC quality control and its testing technologies, the United States Micro Component Technology Inc. (MCT), the Department of Electronics Guanghua Plant, Beijing China Railway Transport Technology Development Department will be united in Beijing on June 29, 1993. The “IC Quality Control and Testing Technology Seminar Exhibition” was held. During the seminar, the world famous IC production plant will be hired
