高职高专毕业生与市场就业的矛盾并不单纯是供给与需求总量方面的,更为重要的是毕业生质量与现实需求的深层次矛盾。这说明,现行的专业人才培养目标、培养模式与社会对各类专业人才需求在内涵方面存在较大分歧,需要我们去寻找专业培养模式与现实需求的对接路径。事实上,这一问题关系着教育的两个根本性问题:培养什么人和如何培养。本文力图通过市场营销多年专业改革与实践的经验总结,旨在探索与揭示财经类高等职业教育教学规律和专业人才成长规律,并以此确定专业人才培养目标,构建科学的人才培养模式。
The conflict between higher vocational college graduates and market employment is not simply the total supply and demand, but more important is the deep contradiction between the quality of graduates and the actual demand. This shows that the current professional training objectives, training mode and the community needs a variety of professionals in the connotation of the major differences exist, we need to find professional training mode and the actual needs of the docking path. In fact, this issue is related to the two fundamental problems of education: who to nurture and how to nurture. This article tries to sum up the experience of reform and practice of many years of professional marketing in order to explore and reveal the law of teaching of finance and higher vocational education and the law of growth of professionals, and to set the goal of training qualified professionals and build a scientific training model.
