目的通过星点设计-效应面法优化痤疮凝胶处方。方法以凝胶处方中卡波姆用量及三乙醇胺用量为考察因素,以凝胶的粘度和pH值为评价指标,用二次多项式模型描述考察指标和两个考察因素之间的数学关系,根据模型绘制效应面图,并对结果进行验证。结果根据二次多项式模型,考察因素和考察指标之间存在可信的定量关系;优化处方各设定指标的预测值和测定值非常接近,多元线性模型置信度很高。结论采用星点设计-效应面法,得到了基于多元线性模型的痤疮凝胶处方优化模型,实现了痤疮凝胶的处方优化,并成功制备了痤疮凝胶。
Objective To optimize the prescription of acne gel by the design of star point-response surface method. Methods Taking the carbomer dosage and triethanolamine dosage in the gel prescription as the investigation factors and the viscosity and pH value of the gel as the evaluation indexes, the quadratic polynomial model was used to describe the mathematical relationship between the investigation index and the two investigation factors. According to the results, The model draws the renderings and validates the results. Results According to the quadratic polynomial model, there was a credible quantitative relationship between the investigation factors and the test indicators. The predicted and measured values of the set indexes of the optimized prescription were very close, and the multivariate linear model had a high degree of confidence. Conclusion The optimized design of acne gel formulation based on multivariate linear model was obtained by the method of star point design-response surface method, and the prescription of acne gel was optimized and the acne gel was successfully prepared.
