中国一拖集团有限公司是我国最大的农机制造企业。1981年,因农村实行家庭联产承包责任制,致使该企业在全国率先被逼进市场。这个老字号的“国企”进入市场后,从产品到体制,从管理到技术水平等一下子出现了诸多的不适应。这无疑是个巨大的压力。但一拖变压力为动力,从不断适应市场竞争的局部调整开始,到全面、系统地推进“两个根本性转变”和探索所有制的实现形式,走出了一条比较成功的国企改革、发展之路,从实践上回答了长期困扰企业
