用石制作水、旱盆景,在石上栽植奇花异草以达到入诗入画的艺术观赏效果,已属屡见不鲜。在石头上刻字雕画,刻意达到书法诗画共赏的效果,也是古已有之。用石头组合具有书法韵味、且洋溢文学意味的字,实属罕见,亦可谓难矣!它不同于用根组字的随意性。树根在含水期、骤热期间可按作者意志弯拐扭曲。取舍来如实地模仿;也不同于雕塑之可任意雕琢。故把我新近完成的拙作介绍给爱石者们,以求雅俗共赏。中国书法,源远流长。从甲骨文、正、草、隶、篆衍变歧化至今,不知历经多少次变革,曾影响到世界文化发展。有好事者将可能得到的原材料重新认识与利用,唤起书法创作的灵感。我不是颦效于意识流,而是执著地用石来完成符合于自己性格,向往、崇拜大自然的石书法,以增补石书法之空白。石材料有其各种形态、色泽、肌理等视觉特征。有的厚重,有的轻薄,有的粗糙,有的细腻,有的鲜艳,有的灰暗。它同绘画颜料相比,是颜色无法替代的美感效果。它质朴、刚毅。为艺术创作提供了驰骋的天地。关键在于充分利用材料在艺术表现上的长处,形成独特的自然景观。作品《山石吟》的石质属极为普 It is not uncommon to use stone to make water, drought bonsai and plant exotic flowers and herbs on the rocks to achieve the artistic appreciation effect of entering the poems and paintings.
