大量同义术语的出现为科技交流带来很大不便,影响合作与交流的进程。遵守不同的原则定名术语是产生同义术语的主要原因。我国在术语定名上一直采取“意译为主”的定名原则,但就目前汉语里使用外来语方式多样化的现状来看,这一原则有待探讨。本文从社会语言学角度分析了现存术语定名原则的一些问题,并针对科技名词术语的规范化问题提出了建设性的建议。
The emergence of a large number of synonymous terms has brought great inconvenience to science and technology exchanges and affected the process of cooperation and exchange. Adhere to the different principles of nomenclature is the main reason for synonymous terms. In the nomenclature of terminology, our country has always adopted the naming principle of “free translation primarily”. However, the current situation of diversification of foreign words in Chinese is yet to be explored. This article analyzes some problems of the nomenclature of existing terms from the perspective of sociolinguistics and puts forward constructive suggestions for the standardization of terminology.
