目的了解济宁市任城区食品和公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况,为科学防控提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫法对2007年5858名食品及公共场所从业人员进行HBsAg检测,并进行统计学分析。结果被检测5858名从业人员中,阳性99人,阳性率1.69%,其中男性阳性率1.55%,女性阳性率1.84%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);食品从业人员阳性率2.14%,公共场所从业人员阳性率1.34%,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论任城区食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率较低,建议加强对从业人员卫生知识宣传培训和乙肝疫苗的预防注射,以提高自我防范意识和对乙肝病毒的免疫力。
Objective To understand the situation of HBsAg carriers in food and public places in Rencheng District, Jining City, so as to provide basis for scientific prevention and control. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect HBsAg in 5858 food and public places employees in 2007 and statistical analysis was made. The results were detected in 5858 employees, the positive 99, the positive rate of 1.69%, of which male positive rate was 1.55%, female positive rate was 1.84%, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); food workers positive rate of 2.14% The positive rate of employees in public places was 1.34%, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The positive rate of HBsAg in the food and public places practitioners in Rencheng District is low. It is suggested to strengthen the publicity and training of health knowledge of practitioners and the injection of hepatitis B vaccine in order to raise awareness of self-prevention and immunity to hepatitis B virus.
