综合科技企业孵化器模式rn其代表为上海杨浦科技创业中心有限公司、上海漕河泾新兴技术开发区科技创业中心和上海市科技创业中心.综合科技企业孵化器在一般性资源聚集上有其独特优势,有为各种不同的科技型中小企业提供服务的成功经验,所以科技创业苗圃受益于其服务溢出和资源辐射,具有更强的培训资源和优势,可以开展各类培训活动;能邀请各领域的外部专家学者对科技创业苗圃内的创业项目进行评估和诊断;根据经验探索出一套更为有效的监管模式:对创业项目进行前期、中期和终期考评,更有利于把握项目的实际情况,例如上海漕河泾新兴技术开发区科技创业中心委派其孵化基地的孵化管理部负责科技创业苗圃内创业项目的引进并跟踪服务,并且对创业项目进行评估和考核;还能够利用广阔的人力资源和人脉资源平台为科技创业项目配备各类创业导师和辅导员.
