在我国,双语教育低龄化已经成为一种趋势,但目前在学前双语教育领域内,合格的双语师资的短缺成为制约双语教学发展的主要因素,师资问题是开设学前双语教育首先要解决的问题。本文通过对我国当前双语师资队伍现状的分析,阐明了学前双语师资培养的思路。
In our country, the younger age of bilingual education has become a trend. However, in the field of pre-school bilingual education, the shortage of qualified bilingual teachers has become the main factor restricting the development of bilingual education. The teacher problem is the first problem to be solved in pre-school bilingual education. Based on the analysis of the current status of bilingual teachers in China, this essay expounds the train of thought for bilingual teachers in preschool education.
