目的 :观察夏枯草胶囊对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 :采用异种异体结肠粘膜组织致敏法。将SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组 ,模型对照组 ,夏枯草胶囊高、中、低剂量组 ,柳氮磺胺吡啶组。连续给药 4周。空白对照组和模型对照组灌胃给予 0 85 %氯化钠溶液 10ml/kg ;末次给药后 2 4h ,大鼠眼眶采血 ,测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 ;处死大鼠 ,计数全结肠溃疡点和充血点 ;称结肠湿重 ;计算肠重指数。结果 :夏枯草胶囊 3个剂量组大鼠 :能显著降低或减少溃疡数和充血指数 (P <0 .0 1) ;结肠重量和肠重指数有所增加 ,其中高剂量组与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;均能上调T淋巴细胞亚群值 ,以高剂量组显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :夏枯草胶囊可能是通过调节外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的作用 ,显示其清热解毒散结 ,调节免疫的作用 ,这可能是治疗UC的作用机制之一。
Objective : To observe the effect of Xiacao Capsule on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of rats with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: Allogeneic colon mucosal tissue sensitization method was used. SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, high, middle, and low doses of Prunella vulgaris capsules, and sulfasalazine. Continuous administration for 4 weeks. The blank control group and model control group were given intragastric administration of 0 85% sodium chloride solution 10ml/kg; at the end of 24 hours after the last administration, the rat’s eyelids were collected and peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets were measured; the rats were sacrificed and the total colonic ulcer was counted. Point and congestion; Wet weight of the colon; calculate the intestinal weight index. RESULTS: Three doses of Prunella vulgaris capsule rats: significantly reduced or reduced the number of ulcers and congestion index (P <0. 01); colon weight and bowel weight index increased, including high-dose group and model control group The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01); both could up-regulate T-lymphocyte subsets and were significantly higher in the high-dose group (P <0. 05). Conclusion: Prunella vulgaris capsules may play a role in the regulation of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets, showing its heat-clearing, detoxifying and dissociating, regulating the immune function, which may be one of the mechanisms of action of UC treatment.
