用单相机对新型的六自由度机构样机的六个自由度位移进行了非接触式照相测量。简要回顾了照相法的研究概况及该测量研究的工作背景;介绍了相机标定原理及具体标定方法。建立了被测样机的CAD模型,进行了自由度位移仿真,将仿真结果作为理想数据与实测数据进行比较,从而获得测量误差,并对测量误差进行了初步分析。探讨了单相机照相测量法的应用前景。
Non-contact photogrammetry was performed with a single camera on six degrees of freedom displacement of the new six-DOF mechanism prototype. A brief review of the research overview of photographic methods and the working background of the measurement research are introduced. The principle of camera calibration and the specific calibration methods are introduced. The CAD model of the tested prototype is established, and the displacement simulation of degree of freedom is carried out. The simulation results are compared with the measured data to obtain the measurement error, and the measurement error is analyzed preliminarily. The application prospects of single-camera photogrammetry are discussed.
