针对高科技产品生命周期各阶段市场需求特征,根据产品阶段响应点的不同,构造产品生命周期各阶段响应时间模型;在此基础上综合考虑了产品生命周期各阶段的生产成本/时间、运输成本/时间、缺货成本以及销售价格等因素,建立了以利润最大化为优化目标的多工厂、多分销中心、多市场的0-1混合整数优化模型,并利用lingo9.0软件设计算法程序求解。设计合理的供应链网络能有效增强产品竞争力、降低物流成本、提高盈利水平。
According to the characteristics of market demand in each stage of the life cycle of high-tech products, the response time model of each stage of the product life cycle is constructed according to the different response points in the product stage. On this basis, the production cost / time and transportation cost in each stage of the product life cycle are comprehensively considered / Time, out-of-stock cost and sales price, a 0-1 mixed integer optimization model of multi-factory, multi-distribution center and multi-market with profit maximization as the optimization objective was established and solved by lingo9.0 software design algorithm program . Well-designed supply chain network can effectively enhance the competitiveness of products, reduce logistics costs, improve profitability.
