一、前言 冲压模具是众多行业生产的重要工艺装备之一,在模具生产中占相当的比重。 目前我国模具存在寿命短、精度差、制造周期长、生产能力低、维修更换慢、标准化程度低、专业化生产厂少等一系列问题。随着工业生产的增长,科学技术的进步,模具需要量越来越大。为适应生产的需要,克服冲压模设计和制造中存在的问题,国内外都在研究选用拼块结构并应用于生产。但有系统、有规律的研究并不多见,总结这方面的实践经验也是很少的。为此将多年积累的生产实践经验,去粗取精,加以总结提高,归纳如后。

At present, there are a series of problems such as short life span, poor accuracy, long manufacturing cycle, low production capacity, slow maintenance and replacement, low standardization and less specialized manufacturing plants in our country. To meet the needs of production, to overcome the stamping die design and manufacturing problems that exist at home and abroad are studying the use of modular structure and applied to the production. However, systematic and regular research is rare, and there is little sum of practical experience in this area. To this end will be accumulated over many years of production experience, to crude and refined, to sum up, summarized as in the future.
