A11 - Error Motion Value In most cases, the error motion value is equal to the difference in radius of two concentric circles that exactly encompass the corresponding error motion pole image, and the magnitude of the resulting value depends on the position of the common center of two circles. There are four ways to determine the center of polar image in this standard: 1. Minimum Radial Separation Center (MRS); 2. Least Squares Circle Center (LSC); 3. Maximum Inscribed Circle Center (MIC) Circle Center (MCC)
